The AKIV Men’s Nipple Covers design utilizes a medical-grade adhesive that attaches to the base of the nipple, featuring a hollow cavity covered by a protective layer to shield the nipple tip from shirt friction. Since sweat glands are not present at the nipple base, AKIV Men’s Nipple Covers remain securely in place even during intense sweating. When applied correctly, they stay on through all weather conditions and endurance activities, including 100-mile ultramarathons and full triathlons.
